1981 - Creating LPSRA Name

Although an organized group prior to this year the Association took on a formal name and function mid 1981.  The association primarily comprised a group of referees servicing the Santa Maria Men's League.  Often meeting every week to discuss and collect assignments one meeting  had the following attendees.
       Jerry Rawlins       Paul LeSage      Bill Bowman       Dick Kincaid        Richard Wilson      Mike Stadnick    Mario
At the naming meeting Alberto Blanco and Bill Bowman primarily discussed and created the LPSRA name.
